I sent a notice of violation letter to the property owner. The property owner never contacted me but trimmed their brush causing the obstruction. I evaluated this intersection this morning and found 2 line of sight obstructions. Drivers traveling east on Graham don't have adequate sight distance of south or north bound traffic on madison due to shrubs on the northwest and southwest corners of the intersection. I will notify the constituent of my findings via phone call and send out notice of violation letters to the 2 property owners.
