Other: Sidewalk in front of 2621 N Kinser Pk is overgrown with ground cover and is covered in dead pine needles forcing power chair operation close to curb of motorway. Very unsafe.

I checked into this with Chris Wheeler and Barbara McKinney when I first got them I also talked to John Hewitt.The answer was. "This is title 6.06.10 and 6.06.20 pretty clearly covers this, and HAND can send out letters about violations when yard waste, vegetable waste, etc., are on sidewalks, just as they can with ice and snow."

Russell, I spoke with Doris and we cannot actually enforce this under Title 6. It will need to be enforced under Title 12.
