Other: There is a light on a utility pole at the dead-end of S. College Ave. This dead-end location is used as access to the B-Line trail. Unfortunately, there have been car break-ins along this street. I own the home at 1605 S. College Ave. and we've had 2 car break-ins at this location. It appears that the thief is using the access to the trail as a dark and quick get-away. This light needs repaired to prevent crime in this area.
