I called and left message and e-mailed Mrs Odell and expressed that we will refresh the yellow curb when the weather allows.
Phone Call: Ms. Odell was driving on South Patterson before the Prospect intersection at 7am on 11/16. A car was driving towards her in her lane, so she veered into the other lane to prevent being hit. She said that there is a concrete block in the middle of the road that is lightly painted with yellow paint, but has no reflective quality. She was unable to see the block due to the lack of reflection and this caused major damage to her vehicle. She is requesting that the block be painted with reflective paint to prevent others from doing this as well.

Ms. Odell called again today. She has not heard back yet from the Streets Division about this issue. She mentioned that she has spoken with several other people who have had similar issues at this intersection.
Hi Danna, Ms. Odell called our office with this issue after calling the Street Department. She said that she spoke with someone in your office on 11/16 and they told her that they would call her back in a few days with an update. She did not receive a call back and she was rather upset. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Morgan
