Spoke w/Denise Henderson in Public Works. She said the city engineer will send letters about encroachment to adjacent property owners. When the city installed the sidewalks, it gave the residents there sort of an extra back yard, so the arrangement was made that the residents would maintain the sidewalks. Issued wasrning to 715 S. Mitchell (address for weeds in 1600 blk E. 1st). 1500 block has been trimmed.
