Trash: Complaint

Phone Call: Sue Hill complained that her neighbor at 911 W. 3rd street is using a publicly owned alley between their two properties for her own personal use. This apparently doesn't bother her, however, the neighbor has been putting things like yard trimmings on to Ms. Hill's property without permission

Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 30 days have already passed.

I told Sue Hill to contact the Police (non-emergency) number and give this complaint to them as well. Perhaps they will be able to solve this on their own.
