I reevaluated this intersection today and found the branch that was obstructing the view was removed. Line of sight is now adequate for drivers attempting to turn north or south onto Kinser Pike from Skyline drive.

I evaluated this intersection on 12/1/2016 and found the line of sight to be inadequate. A large coniferous tree on the NW corner of the intersection obstructs the view of southbound traffic on Kinser Pike for drivers traveling east on Skyline Dr. attempting to turn north or south onto Kinser.
Will contact the property owners for abatement.
