Duke Energy has the replacement light on their installation schedule for the week of 19th unless there is a delay due to bad weather.
I also sent an email to the citizen and notified him of the approximate replacement date.

Thank you for notifying the Department of Public Works about the street adjacent to your property. The City leases these lights from Duke Energy and they provide the maintenance services. I was not aware that this light was damaged and removed. I will contact our Duke Energy representative to determine when this light will be replaced and let you know. Again thank you for the uReport.
