Other: For the past 4 months the city alley behind my house has been blocked by cars illegally parked. The residents of the rooming houses at 1000 and 1002 E Atwater think that the alley is extra parking for them (they have ten places allotted to them by their landlord which already take up part of the public alley). We are awaiting work by the City Street Dept to remove a tree that has deformed our fence and by Duke to top off trees that are growing into the power lines. The illegally parked cars deny access to both of these entities, so I am asking that the City patrol the alley daily and that a "No parking, towed at owner's expense" sign be placed in the alley to enforce the no parking rule.
