Traffic Signals:
Other: Traffic signal at E Third St and Kingston Dr. has timing issues, observed daily for over a week: east/west signal activates left-turn indicator each cycle, when no cars have been in the left turn lane; north/south green light stays on for two minutes, even when no traffic is present for most of that time. I have observed significant traffic delays because of these timing issues. Thank you for checking.
