Trash: Complaint
Phone Call: Kathleen Peters called today (1/18) to complain about her neighbor's trash at 118 N. Hillside. She said she has waited 3 weeks (4 trash pick ups, including today) to report this. Apparently their trash bins have now fallen over and trash is blowing around in the wind and getting soggy from the rain.
