Thanks for submitting this uReport regarding the signal timing on West 3rd Street. We think that an equipment malfunction at the 3rd-Franklin-Wynndale intersection resulted in the queues that you observed. That malfunction was fixed yesterday afternoon and the signals should be operating properly again. Thanks and please let me know if you are still seeing extreme backups.
