I evaluated this intersection and found line of sight to be adequate per standards. There is parking to the south of 11th st on the west side of Walnut St that allows drivers (per standards) to pull out a bit further for adequate line of sight. However, even without that extra room to pull forward the line of sight is adequate. The pavement markings on 11th allow for drivers to pull farther to the north side of 11th which increases line of sight as well. Crash reports don't indicate any crashes (within a five year period) at this intersection related to line of sight issues. The uReport was submitted anonymously and therefore I was not able to contact the constituent about our findings.
