Other: In the alley adjacent to Bloomington Center for Global Children at 1111 North Walnut Street, traffic often travels both ways. As a parent who picks up a young child there, I am keenly aware of the danger presented by a two way alley adjacent to a child care center. I am requesting that this alley be made one way with traffic control as well, as the traffic traveling north on Walnut street presents another danger to those individuals turning west into the alley next to the center.
