Other: Walking west on the south side of Dodds, I was struck by the Utility pole in the middle of the side walk as I approached the street ramp. This is clearly an obstruction and is not compatible with our policies of making sidewalks disability-friendly. While a blind individual might be able to manage this obstruction, a wheel-chair would be seriously impaired.

There are a number of possible solutions for this issue. We are working with Duke to get this resolved.
