We have determined the driveway culvert that is evidently plugged is on private property. We will work with the property owner to resolve the issue.

I checked the site yesterday (2/9) and witnessed the ponding. Our GIS indicates there is a corrugated metal pipe under this drive but I could not see it and I am not sure whether it is within the right of way or on private property. Mike Carter is checking the ownership and right of way information.
