Other: Natural gas workers heavy equipment has been parking on the 900 block of East Side drive for several months. The daily noise is the biggest, though not only problem. Each day, their work takes them further from this location, yet they return to this spot to park. It is an unfair burden to have the source of this extraordinary disruption in our faces for so long. Please require them to find another location to park. I have a sleep disorder and this noise has become a threat to my health, as well as a disruption to the peace of our neighborhood -- for months!

Spoke with contractors, told them of the noise situation, asked them to move equipment as they go. Parking Officer will monitor where equipment is located.
