Traffic Signals:

Other: I have noticed multiple times when trying to cross the street at Smith & Walnut that the pedestrian walk signal does not seem to always be synced properly with the traffic light. The walk light often does not turn on when the traffic on Walnut is stopped at the light. It is incredibly confusing and concerning as it is a place where children often cross with The Project School and Rhino's being near by. If someone could take a look at it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
