Other: 2 young men at 6:30 this morning were taking down the Stop Sign at 2nd and Mitchell. I asked them to stop since I said taking it down would be dangerous. They said okay and seemed under the influence of influence. After I walked my dog, I returned to the corner and the sign was gone. This is clearly a danger issue. It is a 4-way stop but highly transited.
