Parking on Unimproved Surface:

Other: Cars always parked on the sidewalk in front of hoosier workwear. Every day. Always. Forever. They also park to the right of hoosier workwear, meaning that the space between cars and the building can't usually be used either. This is one of several reports I've made. Just trying new categories now. If i wasn't an able bodied twenty-something I'd have no way to get through.
