Parking Permits:
Other: Case # 158345 has NOT been resolved, but yet Christina Smith has determined to close it. Her response was to have my step-daughter call a phone number to arrange permit payment. Problem being she has called this number numerous times and it is never answered. The bill has not been paid (although we'd love to pay it) so I fail to see how the case can be considered closed. Do I have to call the BBB or seek private counsel to attempt to resolve this? I find it rather annoying that you make it next to impossible for anyone to attempt to do business with you.
