Other: Just want you to know that the search function for Parks&Rec classes sucks. I selected Gardening / Any Category / Search term: Spring (also Garden) and did not get the class scheduled for March 25. I finally got it to show up by using search term: Preparation. Not sure how it is supposed to work, but it is not ready for prime time. It is important for programmers to pretend to be users, and not easy.

Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 2 days have already passed.
