Potholes, Other Street Repair: Comment
Phone Call: A gentleman called this morning complaining that there was an open utilities cut in the road that was causing significant damage to cars that are driving through the area. He would like this to be fixed as soon as possible to avoid any more damage to cars.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 15 days have already passed.

I spoke with the contractor yesterday. They informed me the asphalt plant is scheduled to open on Monday (3/27). His plan is to patch the cut early next week, after the plant opens and he can get the asphalt. I plan to call him Tuesday morning to follow up on his progress. If the asphalt plant isn't open he will be instructed to install a temporary patch.
