Other: This house falls into several catagories: yard waste, trash, overgrowth, parking. You need a category for House looks inhabitable. Supposedly the case on this house is closed. They have done nothing but pile a bunch of limbs up around the yard. This is NOT landscaping. Basically the yard waste is permanently piled in the front yard. Lots of junk piled in front of house too. Cars parked in street even though there is a driveway. Would be more room if they cleaned up the junk in it.
I issued a notice of violation for the grass being too tall. There were no other violations present.
Matt, Can you see what is going on with the front lawn? Also, once you have reviewed it, can you send it to Russell if the cars look like they are abandoned? Thanks, Doris
