I can't find a fix for this problem. I believe if the home owner installed a driveway culvert we could ditch the roadside and intercept the flow of water before it reached his driveway.
Other: When it rains, the run off comes down my driveway off of High street and the parallel sidewalk and runs down my driveway pooling in front of my garage door and in turn enters my house. This will occur during a rainfall of 0.5 inch or more. Would it be possible to look at the drains on High street or add one at the top of the hill to divert water away from my driveway?

Adam, A month ago I visited the property to see what solutions might be available. CBU could ditch along High St, but you'd need a driveway culvert. Do you know if there is a driveway culvert under the end of your driveway?
Phil, reassigning this case to you. The location of the house for this case is 1907 S High.
