Other: Possible unauthorized rental/leasing arrangement at 3620 W. Race St., Bloomington, IN 47403. This year I have noticed three short term , out of state, visitors at the described property that appear to be in a room rental agreement with the owner. Typical stay is about one month. Not sure if this an approved activity but worth making sure it's within compliance. We're not overly fond of not knowing who are short term neighbors are. The police have been contacted on two occasions for suspicious activity, possibly related to drugs.
