Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers):

Other: Issue: Sewage backed up into two homes under our management: 1. 1403 West Allen Street 2. 1405 West Allen Street Significant amount of toilet paper and feces was deposited in basement. Had to be professionally removed and disinfected. Question: Did the City flush or work on lines near or around the Allen Street Properties recently? Is this a normal occurrence? The pipes appear to be clear now, water runs through freely.
