Other: at 9:45 a.m. 4/29 I tried to use the parking meter app, which i have used many times) on 76118 (i was at "b"). the app said no such parking place. i tried three times making sure i was getting the number right. could have been a system-wide failure rather than this meter. however, while I'm at it, i resorted to analog quarter method. I put two in a glanced down to see I only had 15 min. I put some more in and they registered properly. might want to have someone put a bunch of quarters in to see if this was just a fluke or a problem with this meter. p.s. i actually like the meter system. previously there just was no option to park on the street downtown as all slot always full. now one at least has that option. i think with the free hours in the garages/lot and their proximity, most of the time that should work for most people.
