One additional issue is that these cans are well over the weight limits for pickup.

All,
The reason these cans are not being picked up is that the residents are not putting stickers on the cans for collection. Mr. Ulmet has called again today noting that the trash cans are still out. Can we please take a look at the property and see if any violations are occurring based on HAND standards?
I've spoken with Orion Property Management today and let them know that we will do a courtesy pickup in the next day or so. The property manager did say that they would reach out to the tenants to remind them of the need to put stickers on the trash cans.
