I contacted our Downtown Specialist and ask him to investigate the issue. He reported back to me that he could not find any material on the sidewalk, north/south brick pedestrian alley nor the east/west alleyway that leads into the parking lot. Hopefully this means that this issue has been resolved. If this is not the case, please let us know. Best, Christina
