Other: Drivers turning old 37 into race track. The attached image of the license plate and black Ford Focus. This guy was racing Two motor cycles on old 37 on Sunday April 23rd at noon. Passed me by Monroe/Morgan State Forest on a double yellow going at lest 60-70mph. I caught up to him at the entrance onto highway 37/i69. Then in all of his genius he went to an egg Mcmuffin emergency at McDonald's in Martinsville..
