Other: I just reported this to the street department, so they might have taken care of this already. But, at the intersection of 10th St. and Grandview Dr. there is a pile of gravel that obstructs traffic. I have driven over it and it causes my car to hyrdoplane, so when I hit the brakes my car does not stop. Please clear out the gravel from this road
