Traffic Signals:
Other: For north/south traffic, neither left-turn arrow works. For traffic moving west, the left turn arrow always comes on whether or not there is traffic in that lane or not. I have not noticed a problem with eastbound left turn lane but that's not to say it doesn't have a problem as well. :)
