Other: I totally appreciate the desire of the city to annex more city to provide city services. I grew up on S Hays Drive and sidewalks would have been great. However, now I live IN the city and I still have no sidewalks. I would LOVE all the streets in Bryan Park Neighborhood to have sidewalks. The way they were done for the newer S Dunn street houses is great with the recessed street parking. Why can't one of Bloomington's oldest neighborhoods have decent sidewalks?
