Smoking Violation:

Other: Little Caesars on the east side (2504 E Third St). The employees regularly take their smoking breaks immediately in front of the business entrance. The smoke travels to the outside dining area at McAlisters Deli. I witnessed this on Saturday May 27 and Wednesday May 31, 2017. The business also does not have any smoking signage posted. Just show up during business hours and observe, it won't take long.
