Other: There is a severe black mold problem in apartment 3349 at Acadia Court. The property manager has been informed and is taking steps to clean it. However, he is not bringing in professional certified mold removal experts and informed me they were cleaning it with bleach, which does not kill mold. The mold seems to be coming from the air vents and has caused at least one person to be quite ill.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 10 days have already passed.
Tenant did not follow through with complaint.
Spoke with tenant on June 01, 2017 about mold issue. Offered to take complaint, tenant insisted on submitting complaint on line. Explained process, encouraged tenant to follow through.
