Mike,
I wanted to followup on the report you submitted back in June concerning the stream. You said then that the creek had an odor and was dirty. Have there been any other incidents since then that you have seen? I'm trying to see what the frequency is. There is a little bit of development upstream that could have caused erosion to get in the stream.
