Responded to Mr. Chang. Will coordinate concern and pursue improvements with INDOT and I-69.
Other: Recurring traffic congestion when west-bound volume increases (e.g. rush hour). Congestion backs up as far east as the railroad tracks and prevents traffic from reaching destinations between the rail road tracks and up to and including the first traffic light west of the SR-37 south-bound ramps. Potentially, the timing of the traffic lights at and west of the SR-37 south-bound ramps do not allow sufficient throughput to prevent the congestion. Requesting gathering of traffic data to determine if a temporary (i.e. during rush hour) timing change should be made to alleviate the congestion during recurring (and therefore predictable) times of the day.
