The sidewalk obstruction on Highland Ave and on Miller Dr have both been abated as of today 7/12/2017. I will inform the constituent and close the case.

This case was investigated on 6/26/2017 and found to be in violation. A notice of violation letter was sent to the property owner. AS of today the violation has only been partly abated. I will contact the property owner again about what needs done for abatement.
