Sidewalk & Curb Complaints:

Other: I believe the underground roots of a city planted oak tree are destroying the sidewalk in front of my house, also causing large cracks in my driveway entrance....numerous people have tripped and fallen on this sidewalk, which has gotten worse this past year....this is a heavily traveled sidewalk on the way to RCA Community Park and has created an unsafe situation...Please contact me to see if this can be safely repaired...than you, Dave Reid 812-363-3049
