Other: The lack of a city staff directory is problematic. Unfortunately, this seems like a step backwards to me; city department officials should be accessible. Either a consolidated staff directory or a staff directory on each department page would be extremely helpful.

Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 1 days have already passed.
