It is also difficult for us to stop this action if it is legally allowed. I suggest talking with your neighbor to let them know your concerns. Also, the only issue that may be enforceable is related to the City's Noise Ordinance. I know this may not be the resolution you hoped for but as long as your neighbor is following the law there is little we can do to help.
