No known code violation on fence. If fence pieces are on ground or fence appears to be in danger of falling onto public passerbys, etc. please renotify HAND for possible refuse/unsafe structures violation. Norm, it appears there may be excessive growth in the yard within the fence though. Hard to tell, but if visible overgrowth, please look into that possibility if able to see from public area (not sure where picture was taken from). Thank you.
