Barry Wollack has contacted complainant. She is now aware that we are continuing to try different methods to remove graffiti. If we cannot remove it, our only choice will be to paint over it.

hello suzannah, i have found three of the four penises and am trying to remove them. they are very stubborn but in time they will be removed.
if you find yourself on that street again, if you would be so kind , would you please recount the penises and be sure there were four, not three.
i will inform you when i have made my final attempt to rid the sidewalks of the penises. if you do find the four penis please email me at
