I contacted the property owner via phone call and they were in the process of trimming the brush that was blocking line of sight at this location. I investigated the location again today and the obstruction was abated. Line of sight is now adequate at this location.

Inspected this site today and found line of sight inadequate for southbound vehicles on Dunn looking west for eastbound vehicle on 10th St. I spoke with the property owner via phone call and they were having it taken care of today. i will check back tomorrow for abatement.
