Phone Call: The problem is the vacant lot behind 1301 E. Maxwell Lane. The citizen stated the lot is overgrown with weeds/trees/shrubs. He had waited before calling in hoping the property owner would take care of the problem but they did not. He believes the property owner is the same as that of 1214 E. 1st Street.

DB today. This lot is actually a wooded area, with a path through it, that does not appear to be well-defined. There are several parcels and several different owners. The only violation that I see is perhaps an encroachment issue along the street. Will get another opinion. Issued NOVs for encroachment to two properties along Highland.
