Other: Every week I visit on Fridays for free flower Friday and there are always 2 female employees who smoke right outside the entrance. I respect the fact that they have a want for a smoking break, but not right outside the entrance to their own store, where non-smoking employees and customers have to inhale 2nd hand smoke. As well, there is another lady who I have seen vaping inside of the store. This is unacceptable, and I am not the only customer who I have heard complain.
