Water Utility Billing Problems:
Other: When I try to log in in order to pay my bill, I get a "Server error". I have tried several times, with two different browsers.
So I thought I could at least view my bill, because I'm writing out my budget for the next pay period, and there is no way to simply access my bill to view it without going through the payment function -- which is non-functional.
This new interface is NOT user friendly.
