Other: This is not a building issue but rather an issue with a cable line going from the utility pole to my house. The line is sitting in the alley which could get tangled in a vehicle. The line has been exposed for 40 days. I am the owner at 2020 E. 2nd Street. Comcast has done nothing when I call them about the issue. Can the town help me pressure Comcast to bury the line?
