Other: My question is concerning parking in the 4th street garage. I have a monthly pass and park in the garage Monday - Friday. There are signs that say "Do Not Back In." Why is this a rule? It is easier to pull out at night if I back into my spot. But I don't want to get a ticket for parking illegal. Thanks for your time.
